Full Studio Access:

• Full-Service Remodeling: We offer complete remodeling solutions, including design, material selection, and project management.

• Studio Displays: Visit our studio to explore a wide range of flooring, cabinet, and tile finishes, and envision your dream space.

Design Presentation and Finalization:

We will present you with detailed plans and designs that incorporate your vision and our expertise. Our remodel designer will work closely with you during this collaborative process to refine the design until it perfectly captures your desired outcome. Once the design is finalized, we'll move forward with scheduling and project implementation.

Project Implementation and Management:

Upon finalization of the design, we will proceed with scheduling and project implementation. A dedicated project manager will be present on-site daily to ensure adherence to the project plan, safety regulations, and timely completion of each phase. The project will typically be broken down into the following phases: demolition, rough-in framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, initial paint, finish carpentry, final paint, and fixture installation. Any questions or concerns you may have during the project will be addressed directly with the project manager to ensure a smooth and transparent remodeling experience.

Every project includes a full walkthrough and a craftsmanship warranty to ensure all work under our general contracting agreement meets or exceeds MN state and industry standards, giving homeowners the best, most durable product possible.Community and craft
